I'm a Brit who's old enough to know better, but still has an addiction to nail varnish! What started as half a dozen bottles became 20... then 45... then over a hundred... and then over 200!
I think my nail varnish obsession started in 2009, when I saw Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band in Dublin (awesome show by the way!) and I was transfixed by Clarence Clemons's nails, which matched his sax. The next day, I started googling for gold nail varnish, and found the world of BLOGS... and there was no looking back. I learnt about OPI and China Glaze and Zoya and Deborah Lippmann, and duochromes, holos, tape manis and ruffians... and that was that!
My blog may not have all the latest polish ranges, or lots of fancy nail art, but it will have whatever I'm wearing recently. Please do comment - I still feel relatively new to nail blogging and really appreciate every single comment!
I've also been making my own nail varnish jewellery recently. So far I haven't been selling this, although I have made lots for friends, and friends of friends. If you are in the UK and keen to get hold of some, please drop me a message, and I'll see what I can do.
I live in Derbyshire, where I work in admin, watch Doctor Who and snooker, spend too much time on the internet and talk to the cat. Sometimes I also leave Derbyshire to go camping, jump up and down to Bruce Springsteen, eat foreign food or visit my parents.
