Barry M Gelly - Satsuma

I've already posted about some of the Barry M Gelly polishes which were released earlier this year. I had avoided Satsuma, the orange one, because even though I love orange, I thought I perhaps had enough... Then this weekend, I caved, and bought it anyway.

This is two coats of Satsuma, with Seche Vite topcoat. As with the other polishes in the Gelly range, this is thick and glossy, with a rich, even colour. Application is smooth as anything, and very easy.

I love how vibrant this colour is, so juicy and fresh. I'm going to be wearing it for a second day tomorrow because I'm not ready to change it yet.

I'm glad I bought this - while I do have a LOT of oranges in my collection, I don't have one quite this vibrant and straightforward. This is a hit with me!

  1. It's simple but lovely, and very zingy. Sometimes a straightforward colour is a good change.

    1. Thanks! It's my favourite of the Gelly range, I think.
