Anyway, today I have again used the Born Pretty Store feather design water decals - see my previous review here. Today I am wearing Barry M Limited Edition Christmas Blue (2 coats) with the white feather decals.
I love how the decals have some empty space in the design, which allows the base colour to show through and make the feathers look very delicate. I chose the blue base colour to go with the blue and yellow in the centre of the feathers.
These decals are so easy to use, I am a total convert to them. They're so thin that you can't feel them on the nail - they're not raised at all and have a completely smooth finish.
I think it might be time for me to have a bit of a shopping splurge at the Born Pretty Store! I have a birthday coming up in a while, so I think I may need to treat myself... Plus I can use my own discount code to get 10% off, woo! They keep introducing new items, it's just so tempting!
That colour looks perfect. In the first pic it almost looks like a silver to blue gradient under the feathers.

DeleteThat's the beauty of the decals, the gradient can be a bit wonky, because the decal will hide the worst.
