I've been really looking forward to the Barry M Silk collection, their new range for this spring, as they look so pretty on blogs! They aren't being released until I think the end of this week, but I happened to find these in a large Tesco extra at the weekend! I didn't even know that Tesco stocked Barry M, so I was a bit excited. I managed to get four, and here are two of them today.
This is Barry M Meadow (the green one) and Blossom (the pink one). Both are three thin coats, no topcoat. They're really pretty, delicate pastels with some shimmer, that dry to a lovely matte sheen that reminds me of the finish on Mini Eggs!
Aren't they pretty?
The formula is quite thin, and can drag a bit if you apply this slowly. I found that thin coats worked best, with lots of time to dry in between.
They remind me of satin cushions (the sweets)
