This is three coats, with no topcoat. Two coats were perfect, and I wore them all day at work like that. I just added a third coat to really make the polish shine like new before taking photos. There was really nothing wrong with the two coats as they were, but I added the fresh coat anyway.
Application is lovely - smooth and buttery, no flooding or streaks or uneven areas. This dries well, looks glossy and shiny, and lasts perfectly. I love this kind of deep red shade!
Jacava polishes can be bought online at Jacava.com and at Amazon UK. The usual price is £14.50 but they also often have sales with deals like 3 for £22 and so on. The price is well above the high street brands like Barry M or Models Own, but it's half that of the top-range polishes like Dior or Chanel, and I think these are as good, if not better than them. The brush is certainly better than the Chanel brush (in fact the Jacava brush is my favourite of all brands, it's really perfect) and the bottles look so elegant with the long gold top.
Jacava polishes are also 8-free, with no Formaldehyde, Camphor, Toluene, DBP, Formaldehyde Resin, Phthalates or Animal Ingredients, and also with no animal testing.
